They have Malaysian-inspired dishes like the Sarawak Laksa and Sarawak Laksa. There are also Vietnamese cuisine like the bún bò Huế which is a sour and spicy pho with cooked beef, pork sausage, pork hock slice, and fresh herbs. The dish is also served with a nuoc cham sauce. There is also the bò kho which is a beef stew with banh mi. Gin Long Canteen also created their very own dish, the Phricken Rice. It is a combination of pho, chicken, and broken rice. The amazing thing is the chicken actually tastes like beef pho. Majority of the food in the lunch menu are gluten-free and they can also be requested to be vegetarian-friendly.

You have cocktail choices like their own Gin Long (which can be pineapple, tamarind, or coconut flavored), Apple La ( a mix of vodka, lychee, green apple, and palm sugar), and Gin Pho (with gin, grand marnier, thai basil, star anise, and chili). The Gin Pho is served in a mini bowl, a creative way to showcase how the pho inspired the drink. They also serve beer like Tiger, Bia Hanoi, Chang, and Singha, to name a few. Additionally, they have fizzy drinks like sparkling water and homemade sodas. They also have non-fizzy drinks in teas, juices, coffee, and a fresh coconut. Apart from these, they have an extensive wine list which includes sparkling, red, and white wines. Most of these wines come from South Australia but there are also some from France, Italy, and Spain.
