Our Story

Gin Long Canteen started 11 years ago with a group of friends who shared a passion for Southeast Asian food. Coming from different backgrounds like Malaysian, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, we wanted to bring our favourite flavours together and share them with Adelaide.

 

After more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, opening Gin Long felt like the perfect next step.

WHY GIN LONG CANTEEN?

Gin represents our love of, well, gin! We’ve built a reputation for serving unique gin cocktails, using our own house-infused blends with seasonal fruits like pineapple and coconut.

Long? That’s a shoutout to the look of our space. With its sleek, long design and communal long tables, it’s the perfect spot to gather and enjoy a meal with friends.
